Description: This piece was inspired by the morning sun as she dances her way across the eastern plains. With grace and poetic motion, "The Dancing Dawn" invites the viewer to come and join her. Her color of red conveys a sense of energy, strength and determination as well as passion, desire, and love. While the negative space allows for a piece of the observer to be placed within, it also represents her undying soul. Like a phoenix she has been resurrected though fire from rusty, discarded, scrap steel. |
